AMD integrates GPU to CPU

Intel was first to put Quad Core processor, although it was built in 2 Dual Core. AMD Quad Core processors answered true.

Today the two companies are in the same situation. Still to the market in 2009 Intel Core i3 and i5 processors with integrated memory controller and GPU, but basically used the same method for soldering. If we look under the cap in hand is a processor made with 32nm technology, and at a distance of ~ 3mm is the chip that contains the graphics processor and memory controller, 45nm technology:

AMD today showed us how to do, presented a Quad Core processor with DirectX 11 GPU and memory controller integrated on the same chip (no tricks type Intel), made with 32nm technology. However AMD promises that the new chip called the AMD Fusion (code name "Llano") will have a maximum energy consumption under 25W, thanks to 32nm and a new type of system power management.
