An IT company has taken 2.4 million euros from EU for inclusion in the work of 700 students


The project PLM-Adapter, developed in partnership with the Technical University of Bacau, Galati, Braila, Constanta, Oradea and Suceava Petrosani, worth a total of 2.4 million euros, financed at 95% of the European Social Fund through Human Resources Development Sectoral Operational Program 2007-2013 will run for a period of 31 months, until mid 2012.

During that time, the collaboration between technical team of Ada Computers and 14 teachers of technical universities in the cities concerned, research will be drawn on an ideal employee profile companies active in automotive markets, aero-naval and electronic products and appliances.

Companies included in the survey had turnover of more than 100,000 euros.

Based on research findings, each 100 students in the 7 universities, chosen according to average scores, will participate in courses and projects to understanding the business environment and employment requirements.

During the 31 months will be held 14 local events "Jobs Fair", in partnership with AJOFM, where both companies will be invited from industry, and students involved in the project PLM-adapter.

The total amount of grants under the funding schemes for employment, training and improving working conditions provided by the Ministry of Labor is 142 million euros, of which 85% is the contribution of the European Union European Social Fund and 15% contribution from the budget state.
